icuvisor is an MIT-licensed MCP server for Intervals.icu distributed as a single signed binary for macOS, Windows and Linux. In local mode the Intervals.icu API key stays in the operating system keychain on the athlete's computer; a hosted HTTPS mode exists for clients that need a public endpoint. It connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients to activities and intervals, fitness and power, HR and pace curves, wellness, and calendar events and structured workouts, which it can also create.
