RideRIX is a web app for managing road-cycling training records, recovery data, plans and structured workouts, designed to be used with ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and other MCP-compatible assistants. It imports activities and wellness data (HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, weight) from Intervals.icu or FIT uploads, and workouts placed on its calendar sync through Intervals.icu to Zwift and Garmin. The free plan limits AI access to the last 2 days of data and 50 requests a day with no AI writes; Standard (10-day trial) adds unlimited access and lets the AI write plans, workouts, goals and wellness data.
