WorkoutContext is a hosted MCP server, open source under the MIT licence, that gives an MCP-capable assistant (Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT or Gemini) access to the athlete's Intervals.icu account: activities, wellness, sport settings and the training calendar, including writing structured workouts that sync on to the watch. Oura and Withings can be connected read-only, and Hevy strength workouts are supported with a Hevy Pro subscription. It has no coaching engine of its own; planning is done in the conversation. Sign-in is with Intervals.icu.
