Domestique is a free, open-source desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux pre-release) that runs locally with no cloud account. It builds a cycling plan from a goal type, target date, target CTL and weekly hours, sized into base, build, peak and taper or consolidation phases, and draws sessions from a library of about 4,300 structured ZWO workouts. After each ride is imported (FIT file or intervals.icu sync) it adjusts upcoming sessions by documented rules: TSS overshoot, intensity distribution, DFA alpha1, aerobic decoupling, monotony, eFTP drift, a morning soreness check and a readiness score from HRV, sleep and resting HR. Missed sessions are rescheduled automatically. Workouts export as ZWO or FIT, or are pushed to the intervals.icu calendar.

AI level: Rule-based adaptive. The plan re-flows or scales by fixed rules (missed session, RPE, completed volume). Typical of incumbents such as watch-maker coaches and template-based running apps. github.com
